95 Point Trophy Winning Heathcote Shiraz 2021 Cleanskin is a powerful yet refined expression of the renowned Heathcote region in Victoria. Sourced from a single vineyard planted on the region’s famous Cambrian soils, the wine benefits from deep red earth and ideal growing conditions influenced by the nearby Mt Camel Range, producing fruit with excellent concentration and structure.

Hand-selected fruit was fermented on skins and matured for 12 months in older oak, allowing the rich Shiraz character to remain the focus while adding subtle complexity. In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby hue with aromas of dark berries, olive and sweet spice. The palate is rich and fleshy, delivering dark berry and blood plum flavours supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity that drives a long, balanced finish.

Awarded 95 Points by Winestate Magazine, this Heathcote Shiraz highlights the intensity and elegance that make the region one of Australia’s most respected Shiraz districts.

It pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled steak, slow-cooked beef or mature cheeses where its depth and structure shine.
