Tasting Notes:

Sourced from a range of Waipara vineyards in the South Island, this is an elegant, crisp style of Pinot Gris - the result of a cool climate. The palate shows soft white nectarine flavours and is balanced by lifted aromatics of pear and guava. This sumptuous sparkling wine adds a new element to the enjoyment of Pinot Gris and is complete with a fresh tropical finish.


The wine shows a bright golden yellow colour with green olive hues and a fine-beaded mousse. The nose is perfumed and characterised with aromas of tropical fruit. The palate shows intense pear flavours and is full and textural with a crisp, refreshing finish. No oak was used in the making of this wine.
