Tasting Notes

Bursts with cherries and raspberries and a thread of herbal bitterness to balance.

Technical

12 hours skin contact time has delivered a bright hue and delicious varietal characters for this “rose/rossato” style. No added acid, enzymes or fining agents.

Fermentation has been allowed to finish in the bottle. As such this wine is slightly spritzy, cloudy and is preservative free. Hand bottled by the Lino Ramble Team. Vegan friendly.
