Tasting Notes:
Pale straw with green tinges and a persistent fine bead. A subtle creamy beginning to the nose is followed by layers of fresh limes and preserved lemons, a touch of honey, aromas of shortbread biscuits and just a hint of chardonnay  fruit lurking somewhere in the back. Finely structured, delicate, creamy textured wine that displays lifted crisp fresh fruit flavours of green apples with a bright acid frame giving it the delicate structure and nice sense of balance to the wine. It finishes refreshing, long and clean.

Technical:
Grandsecco Wines, an innovative range of flavoured Prosecco styled premium sparkling wines. The flavours that have been selected are Elderflower, Rose Petal, Mandarin and Brut Curve, representing some of the most in vogue taste profiles in todays food and beverage market.  Using a premium Chardonnay wine base, the flavours have been subtly infused to deliver a beautifully balanced and textured sparkling wine with a hint of the flavour that does not over  bare the wonderful characteristics of the premium fruit used.
