Tasting Notes:

Pale gold to light straw in colour.The nose is highly aromatic, with pear, rockmelon and citrus blossom all playing a part. This wine displays a fine bead and is fruit driven with pear, rockmelon, crisp apple and some toasty notes, which add another layer of complexity. Crisp and elegant with a persistent mousse.

Technical:

Fruit was machine picked then underwent cool fermentation on skins prior to being pressed into stainless steel to ensure good colour and flavour. The wine was matured in stainless steel to maintain freshness; subtle yeast contact and secondary fermentation ensure that a perfectly balanced sparkling wine is the final result.
