Tasting Notes:

Minimal water has been used in the production of the fruit as a result of which the traditionally strong characteristics of a well balanced Barossa shiraz are contained in this wine. Maturation 18 months - 25% new fine grain American oak hogsheads, 75% seasoned French oak hogsheads.

Technical:

Traditional Barossa Shiraz, grown on fertile Barossa soil, adjacent to Tweedies Gully Creek and undulating hills. The winemaker is Trevor Jones who is one of the best known winemakers in the Barossa Valley and has displayed his class and skill in producing this exceptional wine.
