Tasting Notes:

Fresh fruit on the forward palette with flavours sustaining a lingering spice finish. A very approachable and enjoyable wine with natural acidity and balance with fine oak tannins.

Technical:

The mild spring and unusually warm summer has produced an intense fruit flavoured wine. The fruit was handpicked in Feb 2016, open vat fermented then matured in old and new French Oak barrique barrels.
