Tasting Notes:

A mature wine that shows good intensity of flavours which will age well over the next 5 years.  This medium to full bodied dry red wine has a youthful purple rim colouring and a delightful clean, intense and complex nose with a spicy toast, rhubard and musk confectionary layers. Dry with vibrant, juicy ripe fruit sweetness supported by natural acids and tannins.  A rich intensity of red berry fruits.

Technical:

The Darling Ranges are old ancient land forms which flank the Indian Ocean for several hundred kilometres. These hills are filled with small gullies which are lined with granite stones that sparkle from where they were exposed to the elements for thousands of years.
