Tasting Notes:

A lovely bright pink with rosé tints. The nose is succulent with scents of sour candy, wild strawberries and raspberries. The palate shows lovely finesse. This is a well-balanced rosé with fresh red fruit and citrus on the finish.

Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif or paired with grilled meats.

Technical:

Vinification by direct pressing followed by a cold static settling and a fermentation at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. This allows the typicity and freshness of the varietal aromas to be preserved.
