Serafino Goose Island McLaren Vale Rosé 2024 is a bright and lively Grenache-based rosé that captures the essence of freshness, elegance, and balance. Crafted from fruit harvested in the cool early morning hours to retain vibrant aromatics, the wine is gently pressed to extract just the right hue before fermenting at low temperatures to preserve its delicate character. Each variety is vinified separately and matured briefly on lees, building a layer of texture and complexity rarely found in such a refreshingly crisp style.

The palate offers a mouthwatering interplay of strawberries and cream with a gentle mineral edge, delivering a soft, dry finish that is irresistibly moreish. This 2024 vintage was awarded 93 Points at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show and follows the footsteps of its 96 Point Rated, Gold Medal–Winning predecessor from the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.
