A Salice Salentino with a beautiful red colour completed a fine purple edge. The smell and taste are met by red fruits like black cherry and plums, accompanied by lovely spice and velvety tannins. The wine is experienced warm and harmonious in the mouth but a long persistent aftertaste.

Santi Nobile harvesting its grapes in selected vineyards in Salice Salentino- district, covering an area of 700 ha, located on a plateau south of the city of Brindisi in the southern Italian province of Puglia.
Puglia stretches between Taranto Gulf and the Adriatic Sea and is the "heel" of the Italian "boot". The Mediterranean climate in the area is ideal for wine with warm winters and hot, humid summers. Soil is composed of limestone and granite with an upper ferrous layer makes the area very suitable for viticulture.
