Fermented in small open-top fermenters with 100% whole berry inclusion, the wine spent 2–3 weeks on skins using natural yeasts before undergoing malolactic fermentation and 18 months' maturation in French oak barriques (30% new). This careful regimen adds depth, polish, and seamless integration to the final blend.

In the glass, the wine gleams a deep crimson with purple hues, unveiling lifted aromas of violets, blackberry, and cassis with spicy undertones.
