Jardim Do Bomfim Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a vibrant, fruit-driven red that showcases the rich flavour and approachable style that Langhorne Creek Cabernet is known for. The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night and early morning to preserve freshness before being crushed into static fermenters. Fermentation took place on skins for seven days with careful temperature control, ensuring optimal colour and flavour extraction before pressing. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was matured in a combination of oak to build complexity while maintaining the purity of the fruit.

In the glass, the wine reveals a deep crimson colour with bright vibrancy. The nose opens with expressive aromas of tomato leaf, ripe plum and dark chocolate, supported by hints of clove and earthy nuance. The palate is smooth and generous, unfolding with flavours of rhubarb, olive and coffee layered over dark berry fruit. Fine tannins and balanced acidity provide structure and length, leading to a clean, satisfying finish that highlights the classic character of Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.

This impressive release has been awarded 94 Points and a Gold Medal from Wine Showcase Magazine, along with 90 Points from Sam Kim (Wine Orbit), confirming its outstanding value and quality.
