Tasting Notes:

This wine has aromas of ripe dark berry and blackcurrant aromas are dominant with soft vanilla undertones. The palate is displays lovely forest berry and stewed fruit flavours. Hints of spice and fine tannins ensure lovely soft finish.

Technical:

Sourced from our vineyards in South Eastern Australia, this wine is made up of three classic varieties. The Shiraz forms the backbone with beautiful pepper and spice, the Cabernet adds a depth of flavour and complexity, while the Merlot ensures upfront berry flavours and nice palate weight. By processing and combining all three varietals individually results in a approachable and full flavoured wine.
