Aromas of plum and fresh berry fruits combine seamlessly with a rich palate of dark cherry, chocolate and spice. Full and round with soft tannins and excellent length, this is a wine that will be enjoyed with your favourite BBQ steak or lamb chops.

Technical:

Good winter rains and cooling summer breezes led to fruit of high quality with colour, balanced tannin, and acidity. Selected Shiraz from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French and American oak to build complexity and structure.
