Silvery pink color. Bright, fruity aromas and flavors of strawberry granola in cream and floral honey with a silky. Vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sleek, medium-length apple, cherry, almond brittle, and minerals finish with crunchy, fruit tannins and no oak. A crisp and crunchy rosé with lively acidity.

Technical:

The grapes are picked early in the morning so as to press the fruit directly after picking. This is followed by low-temperature clarification then fermentation using yeasts selected for their high thiol yield.
