Accolades & Awards:

95 Point Rated - James Halliday Wine Companion

"This deeply coloured, full-bodied pinot is a serial winner of gold medals. It might seem that the judges were simply reacting to power and not varietal character - that isn't the case. The wine needs years to reach its zenith, which it will do so in 10+ years, when a parade of exotic spices will march in step with the dark cherry and plum fruit. It calls to mind the wines of Pommard in Burgundy."

93 Point Rated - Mike Bennie The Wine Front
"Slightly charry reductive scent over dark cherry, black plummy fruit and a rasp of dark chocolate on the microplane. Lighter than expected to taste with core of come hither darker fruit flavours, more of the dark chocolate all tempered with amaro-like acidity and freshness. It drinks a charm, a savoury edge woven into lusher fruit, all bundled up just so. Yum."
