Tasting Notes:

The 2020 Pinot Noir is fragrant, appealing and aromatic. Rose Petals, Dark Cherries and Blackberries fill the nose. On the palate, a core of rounded bramble fruit, ripe boysenberry and wild strawberry is unpinned by silky tannins and fine acidity. A concentrated but elegant wine.

Technical:

Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir is the perfect wine to take when you don’t know what’s for dinner. Versatile and food-friendly, it has a signature silky elegance. A benchmark Marlborough wine, Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir is proof that Marlborough’s climate and clay soils make it much more than a one-grape region.

Accolades & Awards:

93 Point Rated - Wine Spectator Magazine

92 Point Rated - James Suckling

"Aromas of baked strawberries, red cherries, rosemary and porcini mushroom. Medium- to full-bodied with soft tannins. Juicy and fresh on the palate with a mineral undertone. Wet stone and overturned earth come through. Lingering finish. Drink now. Screw cap."
