The Babich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2025 captures the essence of New Zealand’s most celebrated wine region through vibrant aromatics, juicy fruit, and pristine balance. Crafted predominantly from Babich’s own estate vineyards, the grapes were picked, crushed, and pressed in the cool of the morning before undergoing stainless-steel fermentation at varying temperatures to preserve Marlborough’s signature freshness and intensity.


On the nose, it’s sweetly inviting and intensely aromatic, bursting with lantana, passionfruit, grapefruit, and mandarin, followed by hints of nettles, slate, and citrus blossom. The palate explodes with fruit salad flavours — green tropicals, citrus, and lime zest — all wrapped in a finely textured rush of minerality and spice. A dash of lime on the finish adds zip and precision, making it both fresh and juicy yet sophisticated.


This wine showcases Babich’s fourth generation of innovation and winemaking excellence, continuing a legacy that dates back to 1916, making them one of New Zealand’s most experienced and awarded producers.
