The Vin De Luxe Shiraz 2021 is a modern single-vineyard South Australian Shiraz, combining rich fruit intensity with smooth structure and impressive drinkability.


Deep crimson in colour, the bouquet reveals blackberry, dark cherry and ripe plum, complemented by subtle spice, cocoa and delicate floral notes. The palate is generous and well balanced, with layers of dark fruit, gentle oak and fine-grained tannins leading to a smooth, lingering finish.


Expressive without being overly heavy, this is an approachable Shiraz that can be enjoyed now or cellared over the short term. Pair with grilled steak, roast lamb, barbecue dishes or mature cheeses.
