The Lone Quince Margaret River Cabernet Merlot 2016 is a beautifully matured museum-release red showcasing the elegance and structure that have made Margaret River Cabernet internationally renowned. Crafted from 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot, this classic Bordeaux-inspired blend comes from a family-owned producer with a strong pedigree for premium Margaret River wines.

Deep purple with crimson edges, the bouquet reveals cassis, purple plum and tobacco leaf with savoury complexity from bottle age. Cabernet drives the palate with concentrated dark fruit, fine tannins and impressive structure, while Merlot provides subtle softness and balance. Refined, poised and beautifully developed, the finish is long, savoury and elegant.

Now available as an under half price museum clearance, this mature 2016 release offers an excellent opportunity to experience aged Margaret River Cabernet without the usual premium price.
