The fruit was harvested from Juniper Estate's vineyards in Metricup, Wilyabrup and Karridale, with each variety fermented separately before spending 8–21 days on skins to maximise colour, flavour and tannin integration. The individual parcels were then matured for a minimum of 12 months in French barriques and hogsheads, including 5% new oak, before being carefully blended. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that combines richness with refinement.

The bouquet bursts with cassis and blackberry aromas layered with cocoa powder and subtle vanilla oak.
