Drawing on three generations of McLaren Vale winemaking excellence and Italian family tradition, the wine is crafted from estate-grown fruit by Goe Di Fabio, whose winemaking career includes more than 170 wine awards.

Produced from low-yielding vineyards planted on McLaren Vale’s distinctive sandy soils over gravelly ironstone clay, this mature 2018 Shiraz delivers impressive concentration and regional character. Ripe plum, dark chocolate, mocha and warming spice lead into a rich, full-bodied palate layered with dark plum, liquorice and chocolate. Smooth, velvety tannins provide balance and structure, while hints of vanilla and spice linger through the long, polished finish.

Awarded 94 Points by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit, this premium Shiraz has developed beautifully with bottle age and offers the added appeal of a genuine museum release, with a six-pack originally valued at over $360.
