The Di Fabio Oakley Road McLaren Vale Shiraz 2018 is a premium estate-grown Shiraz from the family-owned Di Fabio Estate, located in the heart of South Australia's renowned McLaren Vale. Drawing on generations of Italian winemaking tradition, the Di Fabio family crafts wines exclusively from estate-grown fruit, with low-yielding vineyards producing exceptional concentration, richness and regional character.

Matured to showcase the depth of the 2018 vintage, this Shiraz displays inviting aromas of ripe plum, dark chocolate, mocha and warming spice. The full-bodied palate is rich and velvety, offering generous layers of dark plum, liquorice and chocolate, supported by smooth tannins and a long finish with hints of vanilla and spice.

Produced from vineyards planted on McLaren Vale's distinctive sandy soils over gravelly ironstone clay, the Di Fabio Oakley Road McLaren Vale Shiraz 2018 is a superb match for chargrilled steak, slow-cooked lamb, beef cheeks, barbecue and aged cheddar. A beautifully balanced Shiraz that combines power, elegance and outstanding drinkability.
