Emporium Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay 2020
Single vineyard frown and hand picked from the celebrate cool climate of Mornington Peninsula, only the finest fruits are used to create this elegant Chardonnay. Driven by white flesh peach and melon bouquet is lifted by undertones of summer honeysuckle and citrus notes. On the palette stone fruit dominates, balanced with hints of tropical pineapple. A brief period on oak provides creamy cashew like nuttiness and velvet mouth feel
Shanahans Evergreen Eden Valley Riesling 2020
Pale in colour with a vibrant green hue. Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, lemon and jasmine flower with a touch of dried herb. Youthfully attractive with lemon and lime zest and fresh green apple. Some dried herb and perfume add complexity to the fine mineral acidity. The backbone has a flinty character and a touch of slate. The natural fruit acidity highlights the wines ability to age gracefully over time.
Alexander King Cameron Heritage Reserve Limestone Coast Chardonnay 2021
Saturated gold to straw. Aromatically brilliant with wonderful varietal definition and regionality with natural fruit and measured oak complexity. The palate is medium bodied in its youth with balanced flavours of melon, papaya, peach and apple whilst some lovely interwoven notes of nutty smoky oak from French oak influence. Will drink well now although will age well and develop more complexity over the next 4 years at least.
Alexandra Bridge 101 Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2021
This Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a benchmark blend, with lifted aromatics underpinned by mouth filling citrus and passionfruit flavours.
Xanadu Margaret River Chardonnay 2019
Pale straw. The bouquet of this striking Chardonnay offers both purity and complexity; nashi pears, white peach, citrus and frangipani floral aromas with the subtle hints of oatmeal and oyster shell in the background. The elegant palate is medium bodied, displaying white fleshed stone fruits and tangy grapefruit flavours. Taut in structure, with minerally / quartz-like characters complimented by a layer of texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. The vibrant fruit and crisp acid backbone combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.
Seppelt Great Western Grampians Riesling 2019
The palate shows lemon-lime fruit and red apple with a hint of spiced ginger. Textural elements combined with chalky acid result in a wine with balance and delicacy.
Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils La Vignee Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019
Lifted ripe peach and dried honey aromas drift from the glass followed by citrusy nougat and light spice. Medium bodied the palate has a generous round mouthfeel yet finishes with good freshness. Flavours of ripe peaches laced with dried honey, citrus, nougat, faint cashew and spice fill the palate. Dry finish with perfectly judged acidity and an aftertaste of ripe white peaches, dried honey, citrusy nougat and traces of spicy cashew.
Olssen Of Watervale Clare Valley Riesling 2018
Straw with a lime green edge. Intense aromas of freshly cut lemon and lime with orange and whites peaches. Subtle hints of freshly picked lemon grass and grape fruit. The palate is finely structured with intense and citrus fruit flavours of tangelo, orange and desert lime, with passion fruit highlights. The wine has impressive length and a natural acid backbone, and has a mouth-wateringly finish. Will drink well now and over the medium term.
Chain Of Ponds Pilot Block Adelaide Pinot Grigio 2021
Intensely aromatic on the nose look for freshly cut pears, nectarine, new season peach and citrus zest. On the palate the wine is textured and layered with mouth watering, balanced acidity.
Emporium Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay 2020
Single vineyard grown and hand-picked from the celebrated cool climate region of Mornington Peninsula, only the finest fruit is used to create this elegant Chardonnay.
Shanahans Evergreen Eden Valley Riesling 2020
The Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard in the cool climate, high altitude region of Eden Valley in the Barossa ranges. The grapes were individually picked out in the vineyards for their exceptional quality and picked separately to the rest of the vineyard. To ensure the grapes were harvested at optimum flavour and acid balance, the ripening of the grapes was monitored with regular berry tasting in the lead up to picking, then harvested in the cool of the night. After crushing and must chilling, the free run juice was drained and clarified with minimum skin contact. This juice was then cool fermented between 13 – 15C with selected yeast to enhance the delicate Riesling flavours. The wine was bottled with a screw cap closure to retain the pristine aromas and flavours.
Ready to be enjoyed now and will have a great lifespan which will enable it to be drunk over the next 10 years for those that enjoy aged style Riesling.
Alexander King Cameron Heritage Reserve Limestone Coast Chardonnay 2021
The fruit was selected from a single block we call the trophy block due its long history of producing high quality fruit. We picked at optimum ripeness and transported to the winery and immediately crushed. Following on from this we fermented the wine in French oak using selected yeast strains. The wine was aged with the same oak for 3 months. The wine was blended and then bottled to preserve fruit concentration once the optimum oak content was achieved.
Alexandra Bridge 101 Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2021
The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Calneggia Family Vineyards Estate Vineyard in the northern part of the Margaret River wine region. Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition and fermented in stainless steel. Cold fermentation and storage.
Xanadu Margaret River Chardonnay 2019
The growing season began with a late budburst after a relatively cold winter with reasonable rainfall. The cool spring which followed resulted in some uneven flowering and fruit set, and generally lower than average yields. We experienced a significant (and unusual) rain event mid-January which was timely due to the later season, and this was followed by some fine, mild weather to get vintage underway. There was a complete lack of Marri blossom leading up to and during harvest which meant that bird pressure was extreme! Bird-netting was absolutely vital. The cooler ripening conditions did result in amazing flavour intensity and acid retention in whites (Chardonnay in particular). There was a minor rain event coupled with high humidity mid-March which presented some challenges requiring careful fruit selection; however, this gave way to some beautiful weather right through until late April. The 2019 Xanadu Chardonnay is predominantly Estate grown in the Wallcliffe sub-region, with 70% of the blend being made with fruit sourced from our Stevens Road and Boodjidup vineyards. The remaining 30% was sourced from a mature Wilyabrup vineyard.
Seppelt Great Western Grampians Riesling 2019
A wet winter with above average rainfall was followed by cool, dry spring conditions, resulting in good fruit set and lower than average yields. Summer temperatures were cool with little rain, resulting in a long growing season and exceptional quality.

Chain Of Ponds Pilot Block Adelaide Pinot Grigio 2021
Our Pilot Block range is named in recognition of the first trial vineyard planted by Chain of Ponds in 1985. The Pilot Block vineyard was planted with numerous varieties to test their suitability to cool climate conditions. The success of that trial started Chain of Ponds on its winemaking journey.
Grapes were sourced from premium cool climate vineyards and were harvested to retain the classic varietal characters of Pinot Grigio. Refreshing Nashi pear and citrus notes with honeysuckle lift. We hope you enjoy this aromatic, finely balanced and fruit driven Pinot Grigio.

"A light yellow, with a slightly golden hue in colour. The nose gives myer lemon alongside citrus zest and cut flowers. The palate has a supple mouthfeel with an understated honey character to expansive citrus; acidity comes to the fore to finish, giving fine lines and generosity of length. A well put together wine that is approachable now, but will also reward medium term cellaring."
Stuart Knox - The Real Review
"Very pale-lemon colour. Lime cordial and spearmint candies on the nose. The fruit is quite sweet, some green herb notes give contrast."

"Pale lemon-yellow colour. Lemon, thyme and struck-flint aromas. Light and bright, grapefruit core, layered with seaside notes and just roast cashews. The acidity brightens everything, shining a light as the delicate fruit flows into a long and vibrant finish"

"Gingin clone, whole-bunch pressed, wild ferment in barrel (25% new). Bâtonnage over 9 months barrel maturation prior to blending. Nashi pear, white peach and briny acid form the core of this wine, but they are joined by crushed salted cashews and red apple skins. Demands decanting to soften the edges, if drinking in its youth – this label really kicks into gear about 2 years after release (if you have any left)."
