This wine is crafted to be enjoyed now, but will also benefit from up to 3 years of bottle ageing.

This is a full structured, well rounded red wine of immense quality. The flavours of plum and ripe mulberries are intense and are complimented with soft vanillin characters.

2x Ironbank Shiraz 2023 - 14% Alc
The palate is the highlight of the wine, exhibiting rich and vibrant varietal berry-fruit flavours. This is a full, well-rounded red wine that is smooth, complex and very long in flavour. This wine is well suited to cheese, red meats, and spicy Asian dishes or this wine can be enjoyed on it's own.
