Harvested in the cool of autumn morning and meticulously sorted for purity, this Shiraz underwent controlled fermentation reaching 28°C to extract full colour and tannin, then cooled to 24°C to preserve fruit vibrancy. After a total of nine days on skins, the wine was gently pressed and matured for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak hogsheads, delivering depth and complexity.

This wax-sealed, museum release 8-year-old Shiraz presents with a deep, focused core of dark cherry, plum, and red berry, layered with mid-palate notes of plum and magnolia. The tannins are plush, lending structure to the wine’s sleek profile, while oak influence rounds out its impressive character.
