Deep and dark with purple flashes and red hues. Luscious aromas of ripe blackberry and concentrated cherry are highlighted by nuances of milk chocolate, aniseed, liquorice and cassis. The palate has rich blackberry, aniseed, liquorice and earthy leather flavours building through the mid palate before the silky tannins and well balanced acidity combine. This full-bodied Shiraz has a long lingering finish. Enhanced with a shot of espresso like American and French oak.

This Mclaren Vale shiraz is deeply coloured with bright berry fruit and a touch of spicy oak from barrel maturation. The palate is dominated by ripe berry fruits with soft complex tannins on the finish.

Dark purple with cherry red hues in colour, the nose is inviting with its fresh cherries, raspberry, chocolate as well as a lovely hint of tomato leaf and oak. The palate shows fresh fruits in particular cherries, plums, blueberries and raspberries which all work in synergy with more complex flavours of cinnamon and a very well rounded velvet like tannin structure.

Opaque Purple with a deep black centre. Bright and fresh cassis, violet with typical tobacco leaf and minty herbals with nuances of cut plums, spice and liquorice adding depth of character. Dark fruits with glimpses of smoke and aniseed combine with notes of espresso and dark chocolate. The palate has intensity derived from obvious concentrated natural fruit flavour and well-integrated oak whilst the tannin structure is seamless and shows almost infinite longevity.
