Pale lemon straw in colour. Pear, grapefruit & herbal aromas on the nose. The palate is clean and crisp with lingering flavours of light lemon, green apple and elderflower.

Technical:

This wine was made with aromatic yeast and tank fermented to maximise fruit lift and fragrance.
