Tasting Notes:

Pale Green/Straw with a bright green hue.Fresh and vibrant citrus and stone fruit combine with a fine touch of oak. The bright and fresh flavours of citrus and stone fruit are work almost seamlessly and extended lees contact provides a silky rich mid palate. A small portion of wine with French oak contact combines to give an extra layer of complexity and texture to enhance the finish.

Technical:

Machine harvested in the cool of the night then crushed, chilled and fermented. We used wild yeast and gave this wine extended lees stirring then the addition of a small portion of oaked Chardonnay ensured further depth of flavour.. The wine was bottled after careful filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.
