Tasting Notes:

A lovely yellow hue flecked with green. The fine, elegant nose reveals delicate notes of pears, citrus and sweet spices. The palate is fresh and well-balanced with hints of lime on the finish. 

Technical:

Vinification by direct pressing followed by a cold static settling and  a fermentation at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless-steel  vats. This allows the typicity and freshness of the varietal aromas to be preserved.
