The 2024 growing season delivered near-perfect conditions. Plentiful winter rain set up the vineyards well, with mild, dry spring weather encouraging healthy budburst and flowering. December rainfall topped up soil moisture, while a gentle, heatwave-free summer extended the hang time, building pure varietal intensity. A warm, dry autumn brought fruit to optimum ripeness, preserving the crisp natural acidity Eden Valley Riesling is famous for.

In the glass, the bouquet is vibrant and fresh, bursting with spring florals, jasmine and citrus blossom. Classic youthful Riesling notes of lime zest and finger lime lift from the glass with energy. On the palate, it’s juicy and finely balanced, layering citrus, lime and barely ripe mandarin with mouth-watering acidity and a bright mineral edge. A touch of Traminer adds texture and fragrance, completing a wine that is both vibrant and elegantly structured.
