Tasting Notes:

Vibrant fruits of black currant and passionfruit with subtle tea leaf and fresh herbaceous notes. Tropical fruits of lychee and passionfruit with lively cool climate acidity.

Technical:

Vines ranging up to 30 years in age on the slopes of the West Tamar. Cold harvested at night from selective blocks in the West Tamar. Carefully pressed with protective handling to preserve naturally vibrant tropical aromas and flavours. The juice was brightly clarified with cold settling and fermented slowly at very cool temperatures. Bottled early under screw cap to preserve intense varietal fruits and fresh herbaceous characters.
