Fresh, bright, and full of vitality, the Niche Pinot Gris 2024 captures the essence of cool-climate winemaking in a bottle.


Harvested at night to preserve purity and freshness, the fruit was gently crushed and swiftly separated from skins to retain delicate aromas. The result is a wine with a very pale straw hue and a light green tinge, showcasing crisp citrus notes of lemon, lime, and kiwifruit that carry through a tingly, refreshing finish. Aromas of fresh lime, orange zest, and passion fruit leap from the glass.


Ideal with fresh seafood — pair it with oysters Kilpatrick or chilli crab for a sublime food match.
