Tasting Notes:

Moscato has it, and it’s not afraid to flaunt it. Sweet, juicy berries, generous bubbles and a fresh finish that goes for days. It’s not easy to make a wine that looks and tastes this good, but this Moscato makes it look easy, and you can too.

Fairy floss, blackcurrant, Turkish delight and mandarin peel. Wild strawberry, violets & honeycomb with well balanced sweetness. Fresh summer berries and double cream, crêpes with lemon syrup and orange zest, blue cheese with pear. Unintended consequences (you were warned…)

Technical:

Made with both Black and Gordo Muscat grapes. The black grapes contributing that intense watermelon colour & rich berry flavours. 63% Gordo Muscat, 37% Black Muscat grapes from Swan Hill.

Harvested in the cool of night. Fruit is chilled and crushed with six hours of skin contact to extract colour.

100% stainless steel ferment. Natural bubbles are achieved by charmat fermentation.

Chilled, filtered and immediately bottled at 0°C. Vegan-friendly.
