Tasting Notes:

The nose is lively and fresh, with layers of flowering herbs, passionfruit and citrus aromas. The palate is expressive and attractive, with fresh acidity combined with great fruit concentration and attractive Sauvignon Blanc.

Technical:

The individual parcels were harvested and fermented separately, using selected yeast strains for Sauvignon Blanc to enhance varietal character. A long, cool fermentation took place over three weeks, with the parcels then being blended and stabilised, prior to bottling.
