Our 2022 estate grown Sauvignon Blanc has concentration and bright, fresh varietal characters reflecting the suitability of our site for producing high quality Sauvignon Blanc. The wine shows lifted fruit characters of passionfruit as well as fresh herbal aromas. The palate is vibrant and crisp with bright varietal flavours and a persistent, refreshing finish.


Technical:

Named after the location of the estate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, the cool growing season in 2022 has given our Sauvignon Blanc fresh fruit flavours and a vibrant acidity. Lightly cropped vines were harvested during the cool of the early morning to preserve the vibrant characters of Sauvignon Blanc. Careful handling in the winery with temperature controlled fermentation ensures that nature’s good work in the vineyard is expressed as bright, intense and varietal flavours in the bottle.
