Tasting Notes:

Pale green in colour. Vibrant and out going bouquet jam packed with pear, baked apple, honeysuckle and a sprinkling of tropical fruit salad. The nose is the perfect introduction to the out going nature of this wine, nashi pear comes rushing at you while honeysuckle gives persistence and some length balanced with some natural fruit sweetness, tropical salad notes and a touch of crisp acid to finish.

Technical:

Select Cool Climate sites were selected in the Adelaide Hills for this wine and once harvested, the fruit was crushed and pressed; the juice was cold settled and racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast and stopped with some residual sugar. Post fermentation the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled.
