Tasting Notes:

The Normans Holbrooks Road Sauvignon Blanc 2026 is a vibrant cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc that showcases freshness, purity and bright fruit character. Harvested during the cool of the night to preserve natural acidity, the fruit is gently crushed and cold fermented before being bottled young to capture its lively aromatics. Produced by Normans Wines, a trophy-winning Australian winery established in 1853, this wine continues a proud tradition of quality winemaking.

Pale straw with youthful green hues, the bouquet bursts with ripe pineapple, citrus, gooseberry and passionfruit aromas. The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering layers of tropical fruit, lemon and lime zest balanced by bright natural acidity. Clean, vibrant and beautifully expressive, it finishes long with exceptional freshness.

The previous vintage was awarded 93 Points and a Gold Medal by Wine Showcase Magazine and was also recognised at the Melbourne International Wine Competition, highlighting the consistent quality of this popular Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect with fresh oysters, grilled prawns, Thai green curry, goat's cheese salad or light seafood dishes.

"Pale straw with bright green hues. Lifted aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and lime are complemented by green apple, fresh herbs and subtle tropical fruit. The palate is refreshing with citrus and passionfruit flavours balanced by crisp acidity. Grapefruit and lemon zest provide drive through the mid-palate, while a subtle cut grass edge adds definition. An easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc offering fresh tropical fruit."
