The La Bise Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2025 is a benchmark cool-climate expression crafted by one of Australia’s finest winemakers, Natasha Mooney. True to her philosophy of early picking, this release balances natural freshness, moderate alcohol, and vibrant drinkability while highlighting pristine fruit and vineyard character.


The grapes, left to ripen through a long, dry Adelaide Hills autumn, delivered fruit of exceptional intensity. In the glass, the wine shines with lifted aromas of lime zest, ripe pear, brioche, crunchy apple, and delicate florals, with a subtle flinty edge adding complexity. The palate is elegant and finely textured, brimming with bright pear and apple flavours, mid-palate richness, and a refreshing, mouth-watering finish driven by vibrant acidity and cool-climate energy.


Highly regarded for its pedigree, the La Bise Pinot Gris has received strong critical acclaim across previous vintages, including 92 Points from Sam Kim of Wine Orbit and 94 Points from Tony Love of the Halliday Wine Companion, underscoring its reputation as a standout in the Adelaide Hills.
