Tasting Notes:

Pale straw and bright green hues. Herbaceous and tropical characters. Clean and crisp with lime, lemon and gooseberry, finishing with a refreshing crisp acidity.

Technical:

Sourced from vineyards across South Australia's McLaren Vale region. Harvested at the cool of night before being transported to the winery then crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. We used specific a yeast for Sauvignon Blanc and after a cool fermentation the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.
