Domaine Laroche Chablis Saint Martin 2023 is a refined expression of classic Burgundy Chardonnay from one of Chablis’ most historic producers. The Laroche family has been crafting wines in the region since 1850, with Domaine Laroche today operating from the historic l’Obédiencerie monastery, where monks first produced Chablis centuries ago. The Saint Martin cuvée is sourced from carefully selected vineyard parcels and matured on fine lees to build texture while preserving the region’s signature mineral freshness.

In the glass, it reveals a bright pale gold hue with aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and precise, showing vibrant white fruit and citrus layered with the chalky minerality that defines Chablis, finishing long, clean and beautifully balanced.

The pedigree of the estate is reflected in the previous vintage being awarded 93 Points by Anne Krebiehl MW (Wine Enthusiast), while Domaine Laroche itself has been recognised as a winner of French Winemaker of the Year.
