Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Awatere and Wairau Valleys, the fruit was gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s aromatic freshness and delicate varietal character. This careful approach results in a wine that balances expressive fruit with refreshing precision.

In the glass, the wine bursts with aromas of ripe pear drop, fresh figs and lifted stone fruit. The palate is soft, rounded and beautifully textured, revealing flavours of yellow apple, pear and ripe stone fruits supported by crisp natural acidity that drives a clean, refreshing finish.
