Yellow gold with bready aromas, hints of peach and a mellow complexity to the scent. Rounded yet with an effervescent brightness, white flowers, delicate lemonade fruit, touches of peach and lemon bread. Beautifully fine in its flow with a pleasing touch of salinity adding to its allure.
Founded in 1859 and crafted by seventh-generation winemakers, MdC has reinvented itself as a forward-thinking clean and green Champagne house with first-class sustainability practices. Handpicked fruit, a low dosage and three years on lees contributes to the wine’ fresh and crisp expression and its balanced complexity. Crafted specifically for the modern palate, it is the ultimate Champagne choice for the Millennial oenophile.
Our grapes are 100% hand-picked and our Champagne is aged for 36 months before release for the full character to develop. The taste is crisp, fresh and complex.
94 Point Rated - Bob Campbell The Real Review
Rich, creamy Champagne with plenty of biscuit and bready yeast lees character. Quite a mellow wine that, if the appearance of the cork is anything to go by, has plenty of bottle age, although the wine itself is reasonably fresh.
