The Pinots Noirs and Meuniers from the West side of Montagne de Reims (sandy-caly soils), combined with the crispiness of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs (chalky soils), give to this low-dosage champagne a good balance between crispness and fullness of aromas.

Technical:

The Pinot Noirs and Meuniers of this champagne ripen on clayey-sandy soils: when tasting the clear wines, we find gourmet and fleshy frames of white-fleshed fruits. They are blended with Chardonnays that mature on chalk-rich soils and provide mineral tension. The blend achieves an elegant balance between freshness and aromatic richness.
