Tasting Notes:

Lovely yeast and biscuit notes, but very restrained. The fruit shows more defined apple flavours, very clean with acidity levels that drag the fruit on and on. The sign of true quality with Champagne is the mousse or bubbles. Soft and elegant, pure class!Brilliant, straw gold. Very lively with good persistent mousse. The Champagne develops notes of dry flowers, cherry griotte and aromas of butter brioche. Fresh and light in the mouth with an explosion of mouth-watering white fruits with citrus notes.

Made from 100% Chardonnay including 4 grand crus and premiers crus in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims along with 2 grand crus and premiers crus from the Marne Valley. All of the Champagne Jacquart cuvées are Chardonnay dominant. This in turn requires longer ageing (3.5 years) than the Pinot Noir -based marques (18 months), and as a result Jacquart has a very refined mousse. The Chardonnay also contributes to a dry aperitif style, refreshing wine.

Accolades & Awards:

92 Point Rated - Wine Spectator
"This balanced Champagne frames a round and expressive range of ripe green apple and pineapple fruit, candied ginger and biscuit notes with a firm and integrated spine of citrusy acidity. Lacy in texture, with a minerally finish. Drink now through 2029."

92 Point Rated - Wine Enthusiast
"This features a mix of fruit from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages on the Côte des Blancs and the eastern end of the Montagne de Reims. It is now mature with softened acidity and minerality still evident but also touches of toast and spice. Drink this Champagne now."
