Tasting Notes:

The wine pours well, with good creamy mousse, fine bead with good persistence. Delicate citrus top note followed by yeast lees. Mouth filling with excellent length on the palate.


Technical:

The Murray River is the centrepiece for this warm climate region of Australia. Long hot sunshine hours and low humidity are the growing season. The continental influence is strong, with consequent high shifts in diurnal temperature ranges but insufficient to make spring frosts a problem.
