Produced through a carefully balanced blend created by the cellar master, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for four weeks, allowing the bubbles to develop naturally while preserving the wine’s bright fruit character and refined freshness.

In the glass, the wine reveals a delicate pink hue with lively bubbles and lifted aromatics. The bouquet shows fresh red berry notes with subtle floral hints, while the palate is crisp and refreshing with vibrant strawberry and raspberry flavours balanced by fine mousse and a clean, elegant finish.
