Brilliant straw with green tinges, it opens with ripe citrus, tropical fruit and orchard fruit aromas. The palate is lively and refreshing, with tropical fruit and red apple complemented by a subtle developing toastiness. Crisp acidity and a fine, persistent bead create a clean, balanced finish.

Sealed under crown seal for freshness, this easy-drinking Sparkling Brut is perfect as an aperitif or alongside oysters, grilled prawns, charcuterie, soft cheeses or salted nuts.
