Crafted by Rochecombe, this sparkling brings together pristine Tasmanian fruit, traditional technique and exceptional value in a style that consistently overdelivers.

Sourced from the renowned cool-climate vineyards of Pipers River and the Tamar River, the blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir captures the hallmark freshness, natural acidity and finesse these regions are famous for. Bright citrus purity from the Chardonnay meets the gentle red-fruit lift of Pinot Noir, all framed by the precision and balance that only Tasmania can deliver.

In the glass, the wine is bright and inviting, opening with lifted aromas of citrus zest, white flowers and a subtle hint of vanilla. "Why do we keep buying Italian Prosecco when we have bright, fruit-driven sparkling wines like this one? Crisp green apples, pear skins and tangerine oil. It reminds me of fruit salads and parties full of jolly people. In the mouth, there is lovely shortcrust pastry and more bright fruit. I don’t want to downplay how enjoyable it is on its own, but considering we live in a spritz state of mind, this would also be the perfect sparkling wine to use. It finishes longer than expected, leaving a flavour reminiscent of orange Fanta. Delicious."
